Martha’s Wedding: A Joyous Celebration of Love and Unity

On the 31st of August 2023, amidst the serene and enchanting atmosphere of Dream Wood Suites in Mbarara, we gathered to celebrate a love so profound that it left us all in awe. Martha’s Kuhingira (Our Daughter) was an event filled with love, joy, and an overwhelming sense of togetherness. Today, on the 2nd of September 2023, we continued with the journey of celebration as Martha Ayebare Kebirungi and Hanning Babyesiza exchanged their vows at St. Peter’s Cathedral Bweranyangi COU in West Ankole Diocese.

Martha’s Kuhingira: A Prelude to the Wedding (31st August 2023)

The festivities commenced on the 31st of August 2023, as we gathered at the Dream Wood Suites in Mbarara to celebrate Martha’s Kuhingira. The atmosphere was charged with excitement and love as family, friends, and colleagues came together to shower Martha and Hanning with their unwavering support and personal presence. Their joy was infectious, and we all couldn’t help but share in their happiness.

The Wedding Ceremony (2nd September 2023)

Today, on the 2nd of September 2023, Martha Ayebare Kebirungi and Hanning Babyesiza stood before us at St. Peter’s Cathedral Bweranyangi COU in West Ankole Diocese to exchange their vows. The ceremony was presided over by Bishop Nathan Ahimbisibwe, the Bishop of South Ankole Diocese, who led them in their pledge of love and commitment.

As a family, we bless the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the great things He has done for them and for us all. Their union is a testament to the power of love and joy.
