Dear Esteemed Bishop Stuart University Staff, and the general public, I greet you all in the mighty name of Jesus.
Thursday, 23rd February 2023, marked the end of 9 years of service and ministry at Bishop Stuart University as a Vice-Chancellor. God’s Ministry has been well accomplished under Joshua’s generation [Joshua 1:1-9] Entry; [Joshua 24:15] Exit.
In this year of faith [James 2:26; Matthew 8:23-27], God has opened another door for us, missionaries and ambassadors of Jesus Christ to go, serve another place in another higher calling and do ministry.
It’s been an enriching experience and a great honor serving Bishop Stuart University community with you, esteemed Staff and friends. We pray that God will bless you all for your prayers and support that enabled us to serve diligently. Thank you for being a committed and dedicated staff. You are part of me and my family. The friendship built will stay.
Let’s continue meeting and networking for a better tomorrow! Though we have left BSU, we promise we will be there for you wherever you may need our services and don’t hesitate to invite or consult us for social functions, etc.
I wish my successor, Ag. Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Gershom Atukunda blessings as he serves you. Accord him the necessary support he may require.
To the Board of Trustees, Council, Top Management, Senate, Senior
Management Team, students, Guild and Alumni of BSU; all friends, colleagues, wellwishers and partners in Uganda and the diaspora. We are indebted and grateful for the fellowship we had
together for the past 9 years.
In the course of our work whoever we hurt, please forgive us and we forge the way forward to serve in God’s Vineyard!
BSU will remain our bigger family and network.
Prof. Maud Kamatenesi Mugisha and family.
