Strategic plan development and implementation, processed results and prepared Graduation Lists. Managed examination from Undergraduate to PHDs and chair public defence (PhDs) and viva-voce research programs and annual budgets, implemented effective financial management policies and systems, implemented human resource policies and systems, linked school to all functions and organs in the University and beyond, networking and collaborations.

Provided professional, technical and administrative leadership to all to the faculty research programs. Spearheaded restructuring Makerere University into schools and Colleges and provided oversight roles to restructuring Makerere University to present day academic development and structures. Formed research groups and won research grants (Mainly SIDA).
Developed, lead and mentored research teams and providing the right trainings. Chaired all graduate meetings and research and was responsible for results processing and management. Provided reports on exchange and internships notable the Canadian Teaching and Training in Uganda, the NUFU, NORAD projects.
